1 We remove poverty from the coffee supply line by leaving valuable (life changing) roasting income within the farming community.
2 Farmers have no need to utilise modern-slavery practices and /or employ child labour given the extra revenue available to them.
3 Roasted coffee is up to 20% lighter than green unroasted and of course 20% of the worlds coffee cargo equates to a lot of unnecessary pollution on the world's seas and in the skies.
4 Unnecessary handling in consumer countries is not the way forward whist we minimise the risk of life threatening viruses.
It all seems obvious now.
