Our Aguazul coffee comes from in the municipality of Palestine, in the south of the department of Huila. This municipality is one of the two gateways to the “Cuevas de los Guacharos” National Natural Park; it is considered a green municipality, with an excellent communal organization and very good water management. The municipality of Palestine, remote place full of enchantments, of beautiful people, enthusiastic of noble and pure heart, is the youngest municipality of the Department.
It was initially called Aguazul, hence the name of our coffee, in the center as a result a geological fault that divided the land, ran a stream of crystalline waters baptized with the same name.
Aguazul coffee is the result of this environmental and climatic richness that are the base for the cultivation of this Pink Bourbon , full of floral notes and the characteristic acidity of its species.
