Large producers provide very high volume. Through industrialized wet mill structures, they offer consistency to the profiles each harvest. With small producers A16:F16 also work with microlots and varietals. The project “5 Estrellas” began this year with 78 producers. Through the project, the cooperative segmented its coffees to find differentiated profiles and new marketing channels.
